The Road Beyond Conscious Un-Coupling

It began with God as everything in my life does.

I began getting messages through automatic writings in June 1991.

The messages were specific; a man with salt and pepper hair, from a foreign country, who loved classical music, named Michael would soon become my husband.

I told everyone who would listen, even my skeptical family, who to say the least loved God but did not believe he actually spoke to anyone, much less about something as mundane as an impending marriage.

On the morning I was to sing a few solos at my tiny little church in N. Hollywood, I was besieged with immense grief. I had been at the hospital the night before with 15 others, singing my friend of more than 20 years, Jim, into heaven.

As I stood before the congregation of about 100 people, all of them shared my pain. Jim was also a member of Unity Church and everyone loved him. As I sang, their tears mingled with my own.

I returned home after the service and sat in pure desolation, inconsolable, I always took things emotionally too hard. The phone rang. In a meager voice, the man on the other end told me that he had trouble getting anyone to give him my phone number. He mentioned that the only way the minister would give it to him, was to make a copy of his driver’s license.  He then said, “Have dinner with me tonight.” My reply was quick and curt; “My best friend just died, I am not up for a date!” He then said the magic words that pierced my soul as truth; “God sent me.” I said, “What, what did you say?” Once again, he repeated this mystical, rather risk-taking statement, “God sent me.” “Okay, but you have to have me home by 8:30 pm!”

I dried my tears, reapplied my makeup and bucked up like a good Texas gal. When he arrived, he came around to open the car door for me like a perfect gentleman, which every southern girl loves. He walked around the other side to get in the driver’s seat but all I could think of was my friend Jim. As he buckled his seat belt, he turned a side profile and I saw the salt and pepper hair and my mind began to swirl remembering what the angels and Spirit had told me a few months earlier in those automatic writings.

I began questioning him like a Sherlock Holmes; “What kind of music do you like? Where are you from? What’s your last name?” With every answer I knew, THIS WAS THE GUY I WAS GOING TO MARRY. But of course there was no way I was going to tell him and have him dismiss me as a crazy person.

Dinner was memorable; I lingered on his every word. Time ceased existing. So this was the man I would spend my life with; he was spiritual, caring, handsome and charming with an accent that was somewhere between German and French and he was honest. True to his word, he had me home by 8:30.

The next morning, I was about to leave to work as an “extra” on the set of “Seinfeld” when the doorbell rang. It was Michael holding a bottle of multi-vitamins. Dumbstruck by the implication of this unusual gift, I could not have been more captivated. I was extremely thin, all of 100lbs, and as a German he was concerned. This was a monumental gesture since no man had ever cared about my well-being before, they simply sought to taste the goods, not nourish them.

The next night on our second date, he kissed me for the first time and my knees literally buckled. He proposed right then and there and a few weeks later, white dress and all, we were married. His last girlfriend, who by the way had been both a Playboy “Playmate of the Month” and then was subsequently chosen, “Playmate of the Year” was having no part of it. She threatened to do horrible things to us at our wedding even chasing Michael down on the morning of our wedding, begging him not to marry me. With bodyguards in place and the television show, “Hard Copy” in hot pursuit of this juicy, “Bunny with a Bite” tabloid tale, we were married in the same little church we met in. Scan0023

The marriage had its challenges like most but with a few extraordinary hurdles to overcome, ones that most marriages would have never survived. My death in 1993 would have challenged any man but more for Michael, it was very much like getting a totally new wife. The mystical and extraordinary things that occurred over the span of our marriage since that remarkable day would have sent men running in fear but Michael was spiritually evolved and thank God, into science fiction so was well versed with an expanded imagination for all things nonlinear.

Additionally, our commonalities and love for culture, animals, music, art, theater and God were the glue. We lasted almost 16 years until as an engineer he was sent to work for 3 months in Thailand for his company. After several trips there, the inevitable happened.

Again, through a powerful and mystical event, greater than I can convey in this short story, it was revealed verbatim what was occurring down in Thailand and I was told that I would be divorced within months. And as with the accuracy of most everything I receive from Spirit, everything I was told and shown indeed was true.

There was no reason to fight or argue, what had been spoken from above was already done below so we filed our own divorce, worked out all the details with such loving care that the judge denied the divorce until he could see us both in his courtroom some months later. We went together and walked in holding hands.

The judge spoke, “Mr. and Mrs. Jaeger, I want you both to know that the court has no intention of interfering with your divorce, however, I have been sitting on the bench for more than 25 years and I have never seen such a beautiful agreement forged between 2 people who are getting a divorce. I just wanted to meet you both to see if this was real or if you were both crazy?!?

As the proceedings continued, while on the stand, this amazing judge could see the tears welling up in my eyes, afterall I thought I would be married for a lifetime. With a tender heart, the judge not knowing that my husband, in the midst of a classic mid-life crisis, was about to marry a young lady in Thailand within months, he leaned in and said; “Mrs. Jaeger, you know I have the power to postpone this divorce and order counseling if you think it will help.” I loved that he cared so much that I later sent a thank you note to him after all was said and done.  At the end of the final decree, he literally said, “Mr. and Mrs. Jaeger, it has been a pleasure and an honor to meet you both.”

Divorced but not unfriended, we remained in touch as I wished him all the best on his impending marriage. Five months later he married in Thailand though was never able to bring his bride back to America. Ten months later he flew back to Thailand for his second divorce in less than a year. Today, she is one of my Facebook friends.

It has been nine years and Michael and I have remained friends and have spoken every single day since our divorce, even sharing a joint bank account among other things.

I share all of this as a testament to what I teach and how I truly live my life. Not only do I surrender fully to knowing that I have created all of it on some esoteric level, but I surrender to the notion, as one of my quotes says, “That which is meant to be will be,” and “Those who are intended to love you, will.” One of the many reasons we have remained such good friends and confidants is because he too, lives these principles and we share the same philosophy.Scan0034

In many ways we still act like a married couple. Every business trip, every vacation, he calls me from every airport along his journey and again when he arrives at his final destination. I ask the wife type questions, “Did you have a good flight? Did you get something to eat? How’s your hotel?”  Our friends marvel at how beautifully we’ve managed to navigate the realm of divorce and continue such a strong friendship and they joke that we should remarry. But we are both quite content to be closer as friends than most married couples and would never revisit the path that leads backwards.

We live our lives without resentment, with no victim mentality for anything that has happened in our 25 year relationship. When there was physical and verbal abuse, when there were challenges with our mentally ill daughter, when there was cheating and betrayal, we rose to the occasion and ask the right questions; “Why did I attract this into my life? What is this trying to teach me and can I endure it long enough to rise above it?” We used every hardship, heartache and trial as a catalyst and the answers were befitting anyone trying to reach the highest level of spiritual evolution possible while in the earth.

The level of mastery I speak of we share in common. It is the ability to overcome all limitations such as sickness, disease, abuse, trials, tests, betrayal, abandonment, loss, fear, death, poverty, judgement, ego and heartbreak. Neither of us has been sick with even a cold in more than 23 years which is a prime example of how much we truly employ these principles. It is called Christ consciousness, in which you embody unconditional love no matter what the world or others do to you, no matter what you encounter on the roads of life.

Unconditional love is just that, without blemish, without need, without want, without desire. It is a state of inner and outer peace, a mindset of acceptance and contentment with all things great and small. It is the goal of all great gurus, teachers and spiritual wanderers, the crème de la crème of human life merged with God. And those who seek it, who live it, who embrace its narrow road, find that once it is accomplished there is nothing comparable on earth and nothing left to do but love.Scan0034 (2)

When love is in perfect sync with the Divine, the soul has mastered all there is and discovers that earth no longer feels like home. Like a moth to the flame, the soul begets its final transformation, leaving earth and humanness behind to return to its origin of life where love was first formed, in heaven.

As for now, my ex-husband arrives next weekend, driving more than 50 hours round trip to spend a week with me and all on or near 2 pinnacle dates; the 9th anniversary of our divorce (June 8) and the 23rd year since my death in the Alps. (June 17) We are truly living a divorce of mutual respect, mutual admiration and divine connection. I highly recommend it.

AriaaJaegerOcto2015 (2)The dawning of a new year always brings out the philosopher in everyone and I am no different. As an actual philosopher I am always compelled to inspire others with little nuggets of wisdom or simple antidotes to navigate the many roads in the game of life.
As a consummate meditater, one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned is to listen to my inner guidance which is speaking all the time if you simply get still enough to hear. I encourage others to learn a basic chakra meditation and every morning take fifteen minutes to sit, breathe and allow your mind, body and spirit to align and attune to peace, light and calm clarity. Though there are innumerable styles and types of meditations, a chakra meditation is designed to reach the seven basic energy centers of the body where human emotions tend to coagulate. By moving through each chakra you improve the flow of your emotions which thus improves the functionality of your organs, optimizing your health and well-being. Additionally, a chakra meditation has spiritual benefits which can be profound for those seeking a higher way of doing things, one which is effortless.
As a spiritual teacher, I incorporate basic psychology with science/quantum physics, combined with the spiritual wisdom which initially came in my death experience in the Alps over 22 year ago and has evolved over the years. There are basic principles you can incorporate into your daily routine like meditation, eating right and exercising which will add to your overall well-being. There are also a few things you can do when dealing with any situation which will help you alleviate drama. Keeping it simple is a real gift as you age and one you will want to consider.
1. Pause: Don’t react to anything until you have allowed your mind to assess what is going on. Most people jump to conclusions before having all the facts which then leads to misperception and drama. Take a pause, a long one if necessary, not only gives the mind a chance to calm down but it stops the flow of the stress chemicals you are producing. Then from a place of calm clarity decide what you can do to add anything of value to the situation. If you have nothing to add which will produce positive or concrete results, might want to sit this one out. Remember that not every circus holds your monkeys. Pause.
2. Breathe: Most people allow their emotions to escalate causing the heart to race, the tears to flow and the drama becomes unleashed. Taking a deep breath allows the body to offset or reduce whatever adrenaline has begun to excessively pump. When you oxygenate the body a clearer perception free from emoting is engaged. Science has proven that deep breathing not only clears the brain but it calms the central nervous system. Breathe.
3. Focus: When you allow your emotions to overcome your rational thinking you are unable to focus on the actual problem or issue. Assessing the issue then focusing on the solution is far more productive if you focus solely on one thing at a time rather than adding in your own issues, judgements or reacting to emotional triggers. When you focus and break the matter down into solvable parts you bring resolve far quicker. Focus.
4. Facts: With the onslaught of information, misinformation and propaganda we see every day it is easy to lose sight of actual, verified facts. Social media has given most knee-jerk-itis and many instantly respond without first checking the truthfulness of the story. Common sense should compel you to check the facts before responding in any situation. Most people hear only a tenth of what someone is saying and most don’t truly listen with an open heart, they listen through the gauge of their own dysfunction. When you break it down to the basic facts of any situation you will discover that the solution nine times out of ten is a lot simpler than you first recognized. Simplify. Get the facts.
5. Flow: There is a rhythm to anything which is ultimately meant to be or that which stems from your own inner higher guidance and path. If it is meant to be it flows and every door opens; conversely if it is not the best choice for what you came to accomplish, every door will close or there will be too many hurdles to overcome to make it worthwhile. The flow is often negated by the willful or by controlling type personalities who are used to getting their way. Getting out of the flow incurs greater consequences that those which come from choosing a higher path. Each path can be compared to a parallel universe; the farther away you go from the sun, the more light you lose and the more challenging it becomes. The higher choice may still be accompanied with consequences but they pale in comparison. When it is meant to be it is practically effortless. Go with the flow.

It’s Just What Is

This may come as a surprise to many of you but there is no right or wrong in the higher heavens…there is only, “what is, it’s just what is”. Everyone on earth is playing a role, one which has been conferred with and discussed with your angels, guides and Spirit long before you every arrived here. Some choose to play the Judas and others choose to play Joan of Arc, but all roles are divine. Think about this. If Hitler, Bin Laden and other notable bad guys had not taken those roles, you might have had to. There has to be “bad” to know and understand the depths of goodness. There has to be hate so that others grasp what genuine unconditional love is. There has to be darkness for the light to permeate and penetrate deeper, and with more luminosity. There has to be choice, free will, so all souls have the freedom to experience every aspect of life on earth. In the end a minority will come to the grand conclusion, that good feels better than evil, that love delivers greater than hate, that light is too beautiful to ever choose less and ultimately, higher will is always more fulfilling than free will.

The Art of Stillness, The Quiet Mind

As the mother of a severely bi-polar, now adult child, like most mothers I have searched my soul for anything I could have done differently. Living without any regrets is a skill which is learned through repetition and in the end when all else has been tried, turning it all over to God. Now more than 40 years later, I can honestly say there is ONE thing in particular I would do differently. I wish that every mother would embrace the wisdom of teaching one basic discipline which is the gift of a lifetime and a cure-all for so many issues children worldwide face.

For more than 21 years I have counseled and taught millions around the globe and the one commonality in the majority of people I have counseled is a lack of genuine self-love /self-worth which is often masked by a false sense of ego or arrogance or a sense of entitlement. I have found that the best way to instill a blend of confidence mixed with the right amount of humility combined with compassion and rooted in inner peace, is teaching children meditation.

Now hold on there mom, don’t roll your eyes just yet. I am not talking about some babbling guru form of meditation leftover from the 60’s or 70’s. There are reams of medical documentation to support the benefits of meditation and it has little to do with whether you are religious or even spiritual. The more neuroscience has learned about the brain the more doctors have eagerly jumped on the mindfulness/meditation/affirmation bandwagon.

Quoting from “7 Health Benefits of Meditation,” “Hard science has caught up: a comprehensive scientific study showing that deep relaxation changes our bodies on a genetic level has just been published. What researchers at Harvard Medical School discovered is that, in long-term practitioners of relaxation methods such as yoga and meditation, far more ”disease-fighting genes” were active, compared to those who practiced no form of relaxation. In particular, they found genes that protect from disorders such as pain, infertility, high blood pressure and even rheumatoid arthritis were switched on. The changes, say the researchers, were induced by what they call ”the relaxation effect”, a phenomenon that could be just as powerful as any medical drug but without the side effects. ”We found a range of disease-fighting genes were active in the relaxation practitioners that were not active in the control group,” Dr. Herbert Benson, associate professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, who led the research, says. The good news for the control group with the less-healthy genes is that the research didn’t stop there.

The experiment, which showed just how responsive genes are to behavior, mood and environment, revealed that genes can switch on, just as easily as they switch off. ”Harvard researchers asked the control group to start practicing relaxation methods every day,” says Jake Toby, hypnotherapist at London’s Body Mind Medicine Centre, who teaches clients how to induce the relaxation effect. ”After two months, their bodies began to change: the genes that help fight inflammation kill diseased cells and protect the body from cancer all began to switch on.” More encouraging still, the benefits of the relaxation effect were found to increase with regular practice: the more people practiced relaxation methods such as meditation or deep breathing, the greater their chances of remaining free of arthritis and joint pain with stronger immunity, healthier hormone levels and lower blood pressure.” (see entire article

I have taught all forms of meditation in my two decade career and every race and creed to boot. I have even taught atheists to get centered. Your mind is a generator constantly bombarding you with activity but the soul is a sponge and it absorbs everything it sees and hears in the normal course of a day. Television, pollution, noise, witnessing school playground bickering or the fights you have with your husband, wife or significant other, children and adults are besieged with negative overload. Society has become so angry and vitriolic that quieting the mind and stilling the body just makes good sense. Like a statically charged magnet, if you are always emitting thoughts clarity cannot get in and conversely you will absolutely attract whatever your mind focuses on.
With so many children and teenagers experiencing bullying firsthand and the reality television glorification of the crude, crass and dysfunctional of society, not only does meditation make sense but it is simply commonsensical as an antidote to all things unsettling. Goldie Hawn has recently implemented a program in schools around the nation called “MindUp” which encourages children to sit in mindfulness, a form of meditation and this program has had enormous effects on the optimism of the children. The effects of a fifteen minute meditation are equal to taking a two hour nap and there are studies which have found not only are people who meditate happier, they are more productive, healthier and live longer than those who do not meditation. The Dalai Lama said recently, “If every 8 year old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.”
“Joy doesn’t happen to you, it happens within you.”

How to begin? It’s really simple. Just begin by sitting upright with your child on the floor or in a supported chair. Depending on the age of your child and their circumstances/lifestyle, there are many ways to help support their daily needs. Most children just want to be loved, encouraged, validated, reassured and made to feel safe and secure. When I work with children, I keep it simple and though you do not have to if you choose, I always begin my meditations with a simple prayer….kids love it when you call upon their angels inviting them to join you. Use simple yet affirming soft words and keep it short and always use the phrase “I am” so your child takes your words into the first person. If you are unsure or uncomfortable with leading a meditation you might want to find someone like myself who can guide you but truly I believe all parents have an innate knowing of these very basic principles and am certain you will be guided as to what resonates with your child. I have listed some suggestions below and they can be used in any combination. Encourage your child to deep breathe in a normal rhythm throughout the meditation and use a closing sentence so your child knows when to stop thinking and just breathe. Allow your child to sit for about 10 or 15 minutes in the silence and allow them to open their eyes naturally when they are through.

Practice makes perfect and with practice meditation will become as common as taking a nap everyday which by the way I also highly recommend for both adults and children. I have been meditating since 1988 and have not been sick with even a cold for more than 20 years and many have repeatedly remarked that I do not look my age. I am certain that is due in part to the practice of daily meditation. Whether you teach your child to meditate or use some other relaxation modality like Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi or Qi Gong, learning to be still and quiet is an art form and one which will keep you and yours healthy, happy and whole for years to come.

Transient Transition ~ Spiritual Processing

Many people are going through major processing right now on their way to physical and spiritual transformation. What does that mean? It means that before you were ever born you signed on to be on the earth during these times of great change. I would go into a lengthy dissertation on quantum physics to elaborate on everything from the cosmos to your personal bio-chemistry but there is a simpler way to explain it to you. For the past 30 plus years there have been innumerable events which have altered human consciousness which is historically the case. Mankind learns and evolves just like the topography of earth changes and evolves throughout the eons. Recently yet another energy portal opened which is inviting those who are waking up or who are awakened to delve deeper into the interior of their core. This processing is different for everyone but it shares similar symptoms such as dizziness or vertigo, hypersensitivity to crowds or the environment, eating pattern disruptions, headaches and other physical anomalies like seeing flashes of light out of your periphery. Spiritual processing occurs and manifests in ways which are similar to Kundalini energy and these process help you recover your lifetime memories, integrate your strengths from those, heal your weakness’s or any trauma which occurred as well as helping you raise your frequency and expand your perceptions. Additionally your DNA structure is being reconfigured back to that of the original Adam Kadmon or archetypal man. In the days of Atlantis, Lemuria, during the days of Noah, Moses and Abraham the DNA structure was vastly different thus those men lived healthily for hundreds of years rather than the average mortality age of today. You are returning to the empowered beings which the sage Jesus once mentioned in his teachings when he told the crowds that they were gods.

Quantum leaping is a term many in the spiritual community use to describe spiritual processing. It’s time to rise folks, faster, higher and greater than ever before . During these type of angelic cycles where we are getting additional help from sages and angels alike it is wise to meditate every day to ground the high light. Additionally right before bed ask the universe/God to show you with clarity the past life personalities you are integrating and to do it in a way that you can handle it. If it becomes too much for you you can regulate your processing by telling the universe to deliver it in a way you can still work and carry on with your daily life …usually they will give you 3 high activity days then 3 down days where you just feel wonderful…remember that processing is terribly painful…DNA transformation hurts but surrender to it and you will be fine..fight it or judge it and it will linger longer. If spiritual evolution were easy everyone would do it but the fact is that most do not want this much power. When you have the power to heal, to see what is coming before it arrives, when you have the power to help others with just a simple prayer, when you have the power to move mountains, transform diseases, improve the weather for the benefit of all, it is both humbling and overwhelming at times. Most people simply don’t want that much power because you cannot misuse the gifts or it will absolutely backfire on you. Until mankind has eliminated his ego and need to control, it is very unlikely he will go higher and touch the face of God as so many of us have done. Until humankind recognizes that serving others is the greatest virtue, that love is the only religion or creed and has been from the beginning of life, until humankind taps into the awe-inspiring power that lies within each and every person and all wield it from a pure heart, limitations will prevail. The more you invoke your own spiritual processing, the more you surrender and allow the angels to work with you, the more limitations fall away. Those of us who are actually living these truths and are exercising these principles daily, continue to create collective mass and will eventually cause a paradisaical heaven on earth through the pure intention of harmony and love. If you need help understanding your own spiritual process, get in touch with me. Blessings and beams, Ariaa Jaeger,
