Self-awareness is synonymous with being spiritually awake. It is the combination of conscientiousness and consciousness. Those who are self-aware take personal responsibility for who they are, what they do and what they offer to the world. They see themselves without filters thus are able to fix what needs fixing. They are constantly monitoring themselves to find a better way to everything from improving personal habits, polishing their skills and growing their gifts to improving the lives of others and the world. It is often said that to become spiritually evolved one must first become selfish in order to become selfless and it is true to a degree. The mirror must first be turned upon yourself to ferret out the flaws, heal the damage, repair the broken parts and to become the best version of you possible. Once you reach that platitude, selfless becomes easy. While you are still in the equation for the most part your mind is consumed with loving and helping others. Focusing on adding to life verses taking from it, being aware of the shadow you cast on others and the world, produces inner peace and a state of constant euphoria which has been scientifically proven. You trigger the “happy chemicals” in your body such as Dopamine, which is the good feeling you get when you approach a reward; Serotonin, which is the good feeling of getting respect; Oxytocin, which is the feeling of trust; and Endorphin, which is the euphoria that masks physical pain. Becoming self-aware is a noble goal worth pursuing. ~Ariaa Jaeger

Are you appalled? Are you shocked? Are you mortified? Are you disgusted? Are you revolted? It must be exhausting. With modern day conveniences and so much at your fingertips, society in general has had to invent things to be pissed off at.
I had a very rich friend in my life not that long ago and she was so “disgusted” when a man who was clearly dying got onto a small plane and had the nerve to sit by her in his condition. She was so rich she invented something to bitch about and remarked, “God I hope he does not get his drool on my fur coat!” THEN I WAS APPALLED and suffice to say within weeks distanced myself from this fur wearing, ice cold human being, simply because I didn’t want to be appalled anymore.
Now clearly not all wealthy people act that way and having excess money does not make you a bad person. But our society often acts like a rich, spoiled bitch with a sense of entitlement as if the world owes us all something. The world owes YOU nothing, yet we see people in horror everyday acting out when there is a slow customer service representative on the other end of the phone or more when you can’t understand what they are saying. We get angry in traffic because driving 50 MPH is just not acceptable in a 45 MPH zone. We are disgusted when we see people living in filth or hoarding so much stuff you cannot enter their home without knocking something over. We are shocked when a mother whips out her breast to feed her hungry child and some poor ignorant, backwoods folks are revolted when a transgender person walks into a public restroom, one woman on the news proclaiming, “I have a right to pee without having to deal with that!” WOW! That disgusts me….get my point?
Let’s lower the drama rate in this country and maybe the world will follow suite. Let’s stop inventing things to be angry at, let’s stop the combustible emotions and start focusing on the real issues which demand our attention.
Be impassioned when police brutality is caught on tape, be impassioned when animals are being abused or driven to extinction. Be angry and use that anger when children are neglected or left in a hot car to bake to death. Be embolden when you see something YOU KNOW you can change then set about to change it. Stop fretting and freaking out over the little insignificant inconveniences which go with daily living and make sure you are using your energy on the issues which are worthy of those passionate emotions.
Your appearance is not about vanity or arrogance or even fashion and style. How you adorn your body is not about money either. You can be poor as dirt and still look lovely and present well. Your appearance is a direct reflection of what lives and breathes in you. How you feel about yourself, how you feel about others, how you judge the world, how you handle your conflicts and how you deal with your emotional baggage all show in your face and in how you dress. I look around every day and see people so un-groomed and wearing pajamas and house shoes to the market. I see people who it’s obvious they don’t know how to comb their hair. Your outer reflection speaks volumes about you. In The Book of Ariaa I wrote, “There is nothing quite as beautiful as an emotionally healthy human being.” Each time you take yourself out into the world you can either be a Ferrari or you can be Dodge. Again it has nothing to do with money…I know because I have never been a financially wealthy woman, in fact many of you will be surprised to hear that it is quite the contrary yet what lives in me shines without.I want to be the example of what inner peace and a healthy emotional body look like. I want the light of God to shine through me in the most beautiful way. I consider it a personal obligation to present my light in the best package I can muster no matter how little I have or how old I get. I pray you see the wisdom in doing the same. ~ Ariaa Jaeger Ariaa.com
The season of transformation is upon us, happy Autumn! As we enter a season filled with color and vibrancy, symbolic in the metamorphosis of foliage and trees, it mirrors the transition so many people are making. My colleagues and I have been undergoing changes which if spoken out loud to those who are spiritually sleeping, would have the men in white coats stalking us. Many of us are dropping off in 3 hour states which when we wake have us feeling as though we are not fully present. Many are dreaming of challenging, radical events soon to come and many are complaining of dizziness, heaviness, leaky eyes (spontaneous crying) and aches and pains too general to label. Many are seeing angels in the room as if they are waiting to take us away, ha ha and many are simply having trouble being around large crowds of people or have become hypersensitive to noise. These are all symptoms of evolution and gaining more insight, more spiritual gifts and developing a higher frequency through detachment and a more non emotional state. Spiritually evolved souls do not pine over what might have been or regret what comes. We simply acknowledge that though at times it may be emotionally draining and upsetting, we recognize the divinity in the chaos and we see the perfection in the imperfect. We honor that even though we may not understand it, everything really is unfolding exactly the way it should to evolve humankind and to cause greater LOVE to flow into the most indifferent of men. Be at peace with things you do not understand and try to surrender to the flow of changes you are undergoing. Meditate, take long walks in nature as this beautiful season offers you beauty in depths which feed the soul and do just that FEED YOUR SOUL not your mind during spiritual changes. You will evolve to be more than you can imagine, more than you can dream. Wishing you an AUTUMN full of LOVE and TRANSFORMATION ~ Ariaa JaegerAriaaisms Spiritual Food for the Soul – Ariaa.com
This may come as a surprise to many of you but there is no right or wrong in the higher heavens…there is only, “what is, it’s just what is”. Everyone on earth is playing a role, one which has been conferred with and discussed with your angels, guides and Spirit long before you every arrived here. Some choose to play the Judas and others choose to play Joan of Arc, but all roles are divine. Think about this. If Hitler, Bin Laden and other notable bad guys had not taken those roles, you might have had to. There has to be “bad” to know and understand the depths of goodness. There has to be hate so that others grasp what genuine unconditional love is. There has to be darkness for the light to permeate and penetrate deeper, and with more luminosity. There has to be choice, free will, so all souls have the freedom to experience every aspect of life on earth. In the end a minority will come to the grand conclusion, that good feels better than evil, that love delivers greater than hate, that light is too beautiful to ever choose less and ultimately, higher will is always more fulfilling than free will.
